This project started off with an interest in ice hockey goalie gear. What attracted me to the look, were the geometryicality and the technical intricasies.  As I investigated the look’s history, materiality and technicalities, my focus concentrated on the leg padding. Which resulted in an experimental shape research and a set of wearable pieces.
